Somebody CONTROL the roaming rates

FCC Sets New Roaming Rules

The FCC has decreed that wireless network operators have to let competitors' subscribers roam onto their networks for what it calls reasonable and non-discriminatory rates. The new ruling will apply to voice, SMS and PTT services, but not other wireless data or broadband services. The FCC vote was unanimous, but didn't set limits on what those roaming charges should be.
