Your 100% satifaction guarantee is a pile of crap, and I have reported you guys to every possible outlet I can think of for being a bad ebay company to do business with. Now that ebay won't let you do the "feedback blackmail" thing anymore, you will probably see your score get lower than it is already. But unfortunately it's too late for me to get my money back for the bluetooth headset I bought from you and never recieved.
